Problems we solve

Most of the equipment that comes through our shop is suffering from the same handful of problems: corrosion, scaling and fouling, thermal fatigue, leaking tubes and damaged gasket surfaces. Harsh environments like refineries, chemical plants and paper mills accelerate all of them. We diagnose the root cause, not just the symptom, so the repair lasts.

Repair, retube or replace?

Not every unit needs a full rebuild, and not every unit is worth saving. Our service and repair team has the depth of experience to troubleshoot with you and recommend the most cost-effective option, whether that is a targeted repair, a retube, a replacement bundle or a new exchanger.

In-house capabilities mean faster turnaround

Because machining, code welding and fitting all happen in our shop, we do not wait on outside vendors to get your equipment back in service.

Frequently asked questions

Are your heat exchanger repairs code compliant?

Yes. Our repair work meets the requirements of the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors and is documented and marked with the NBIC R stamp.

What is the difference between retubing and rebundling?

Retubing replaces the tubes in an existing bundle while reusing the tubesheets and other components when they are in good condition. Rebundling replaces the entire tube bundle. The right choice depends on the condition of the tubesheets, baffles and shell.

How do I start a repair?

Call us or submit a request for quote with the nameplate information, drawings if you have them, a description of the problem and photos. We will review it and follow up with next steps.
