About Us

The company was founded in 1986 by Rick Lightcap, Senior, whose sales experience in the pressure vessel and heat exchanger sector brought an appreciation for the customer’s expectations to the new and growing business.

We have access to an excellent, long-term and loyal workforce that consistently builds products that outlast others. All of our welders are qualified to weld most materials under ASME Sec. IX.

Ninety-nine percent of our work is built to ASME Section VIII, Division 1, with the remainder fabricated to American Petroleum Institute standards or unique customer specifications. Our repair work is performed to the standards of the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors, ASME, API, and many other industry standards required by our clients.
